Perfect every time, our signature facial treatments are truly created for you and your skin’s unique needs presented at each visit.

The "signature" is a protocol of steps we follow to guarantee results that are built upon each step in the process. What is created for you is our product combinations that will make your facial unique and ideal.

Our 60-minute signature starts with a consultation of your goals and an analysis of your skin. Prior to cleansing is a relaxing and therapeutic lymphatic detox of the skin under rose water infused steam. The skin is then cleansed with either the Clarisonic brush or manual facial polish. The skin is then toned and prepped for exfoliation.

We choose exfoliates from either Naturopathica, Luzern, Eminence, or Sircuit Cosmecuticals. Following the exfoliation is a fine mist from the Lucas pulverizer. The aromatherapy nutrients hydrate and flush minute impurities from the skin. Applications of serums from Suki and Osea are applied along with an eye and lip treatment for each client's needs. Our newest step is the warm, rehydrating algae water which is massaged into the skin to remineralize, deeply hydrate, and firm.

At this point, the skin has recovered from the exfoliation, has become deeply nourished, and is ready to receive the final masque application to complete the experience. We create unique masque combinations from our many lines and, while it is working, we perform a hot stone neck and shoulder massage to achieve a deeper level of relaxation during the final moments of your facial.

At the conclusion of your facial, your skin is balanced, calm, and glowing again. We will apply an application of SPF and a neutral tint so your skin is perfect for the rest of your busy day. A truly complete facial treatment just for you!

Our 80-minute signature facial is the same protocol of the 60-minute with the addition of extractions (a deeper cleansing of the skin) performed after the exfoliation.

Available beginning in June 2010, Pilar will début a new collection of facials. These will take her long-standing clients to a new level in treatment.  These facials will be more intensive with results achieved using aggressive exfoliants (retinol plus acids and oxygen therapy) and a more intensive, new collection of serums using stem cell technology and epidermal growth factors. They will deliver the latest in skin care breakthroughs from our most advanced skin care line.

SERVICE POLICIES AND SPA ETIQUETTE
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time--there is no need to arrive early. Early arrival will not move up your appointment start time; your appointment will begin at the scheduled time. If you happen to be running late, please call our boutique at (571) 214-8689 to let us know. Late arrivals will still be responsible for 100% of the fees for the scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you while still maintaining our schedule on time.

Gratuity is not included in the price of the services. Gratuity is not expected but is greatly appreciated and is left to the discretion of each individual.

We require 48 hours advance notice for all appointment cancellations or change requests. A 48 hour notice must be provided for cancellations. Any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the billing of your credit card for 100% of the fees for the scheduled appointment. Early notification helps us to bring you the best possible service.
